Fall 2007 Project Grant Award: $1,250
Project Summary:

Friends of Big Creek is an active, volunteer-run, greenway advocacy and watershed stewardship organization that has successfully advanced its vision for improvement in the Watershed. FOBC members participate in many events and activities to promote environmental goals and build partnerships. FOBC needs to improve and expand the effort to communicate its message to residents and other stakeholders. To help accomplish this, the grant will provide funds for a printed brochure and a newsletter. With this newsletter, FOBC hope to broaden support, seek input, and build a sustainable organization.
